While it may be fun to hold an actual hard copy of a book and turn the
pages, it's not practical in today's world.
Hard copies take up space. They get lost. They get
torn. They are a problem to take on vacation or to grandma's house.
To obtain a hard copy, you must either take the time to visit a brick and mortar store or order online and wait for delivery.
You can have an ebook in your hand within a minute or two.
With ebooks, you can store hundreds of books in a tiny
ereader or tablet. No getting to grandma's house or to the babysitter's and
finding that you don't have the book that your child wants to hear tonight.
